1 / How much does it cost?
The fee per session is £80 - £90. This can be paid per session or invoiced and paid at the end of the month.
2 / What availability do you have?
I work out of two locations: Lewes on Mondays and then Hove Tuesday to Thursdays. My practice is currently busy so it's best to contact me to find out specific availability.
3 / Is therapy confidential?
Yes, everything that is said in sessions remains confidential. As a registered member of the BACP I abide by its code of ethics and its primary concern for clients' welfare. I explain confidentiality in more detail in our first meeting.
4 / How do cancellations work?
I have a cancellation period of one week's prior notice. If the session is cancelled before that point then there is nothing to pay. However, if cancellation is less than one week, the full session fee is charged.
Free phone consultation
The first step is for us to have a chat. I offer a 30 minute free phone consultation where we'll discuss what issue brings you to therapy, I can answer any questions you may have and you'll get a sense if working with me feels right. We'll then discuss possible options moving forwards.
Practice locations
