Psychotherapy in Brighton & Hove
I offer face-to-face psychotherapy for adults in Brighton & Hove, working from a consulting room based in Hove. People come to see me from across the city and surrounding areas, including central Brighton, Hove, and nearby neighbourhoods.

Many people seek therapy when something doesn’t feel right beneath the surface. You may be functioning well outwardly, but feeling stuck, low, unsettled, or dissatisfied inside. Others come with long-standing emotional difficulties, relationship patterns that repeat, or a sense that life has narrowed in ways that are hard to explain.

My work is relational and exploratory, offering a space to think and feel more deeply about what is going on for you.
Therapy in Brighton & Hove: how I work
I work with adults who want a reflective space to think about their inner life alongside the demands of everyday living. Therapy provides a confidential setting to explore experiences that may feel repetitive, unsettling, or difficult to talk about elsewhere.

The focus of the work is developing understanding at psychological depth. We pay attention to how you experience yourself, how you relate to others, and how earlier experiences may continue to shape present patterns. The work unfolds collaboratively and at a pace that allows things to be thought about carefully.

People often seek therapy with concerns such as feeling emotionally flat, dissatisfied despite external success, struggling in relationships, or feeling caught between competing demands. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and make sense of what feels unresolved.
