I provide psychotherapy and counselling for individual adults in Brighton & Hove, Lewes, and online. My integrative approach combines various therapeutic methods, allowing me to tailor the therapy to your unique needs.

I work in the Lewes on Mondays and from Tuesday to Thursday I work in Hove. I also work online. Please contact me to find which session times are currently available.

I see clients face-to-face in the Lewes practice on Mondays and then in the Hove practice from Tuesday to Thursday.

Therapy can give you space away from your every day to explore and come to understand the problems you've been struggling with. And as we uncover underlying issues, you will find a new and more helpful way of seeing these issues as a new path of change opens up.

I hold an MA in Advanced Clinical Practice in Psychotherapy and Counselling from The Minster Centre, London, and a Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Counselling from CPPD, London. I am a registered member of both the UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) and the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I am also a registered psychotherapist with the health insurance providers Aviva and AXA Health.

The fee per session is £80-£90. This can be paid per session or invoiced and paid at the end of the month.

​I have a cancellation period of one month's prior notice. If the session is cancelled before that point then there is nothing to pay. I also always try to find an alternative time in the same week and also offer online as an option, though this is dependent on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Yes, everything that is said in sessions remains confidential. As a registered member of the UKCP and the BACP I abide by their codes of ethics and its primary concern for clients' welfare. I explain confidentiality in more detail in our first meeting.

I am a registered psychotherapist with the health insurance providers Aviva, AXA Health and WPA.
