Therapy can give you space to explore what you have been struggling with and begin to understand it more fully. By making sense of your thoughts, feelings, relationships, and experiences, therapy can help you find new ways of responding and open up the possibility of change.

Individual therapy sessions are £85 per session. I offer a free initial phone consultation. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss availability or arrange a first appointment.

My approach is integrative and relational, which means I draw on different therapeutic approaches depending on your needs. I aim to offer therapy that feels thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to you. My work is informed by a range of perspectives, including psychodynamic thinking, which can help us explore recurring patterns, relationships, and what may be troubling you in the present.

Yes, everything that is said in sessions remains confidential. As a registered member of the UKCP and the BACP I abide by their codes of ethics and its primary concern for clients' welfare. I explain confidentiality in more detail in our first meeting.

I hold an MA in Advanced Clinical Practice in Psychotherapy and Counselling from The Minster Centre, London, and a Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Counselling from CPPD, London. I am a registered member of both the UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) and the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I am also a registered psychotherapist with the health insurance providers Aviva, AXA Health, BUPA and WPA.

I offer sessions in Lewes on Mondays, in Hove from Tuesday to Thursday, and online. Availability varies, so please get in touch if you would like to find out what session times are currently available.

​I have a cancellation period of one month's prior notice. If the session is cancelled before that point then there is nothing to pay. I also always try to find an alternative time in the same week and also offer online as an option, though this is dependent on availability and cannot be guaranteed.
